In this video, I give options with room for improvement so you can practice this video at your current level while giving you the opportunity to see progress the more you practice the video. ;)
This practice is accessible to all levels.

Gentle yoga

ABOUT THE VIDEO :

For this class, I’ve decided to offer a class that would suit the majority of yoga students. The video is 1-HOUR long so you get a complete practice with me.

I called this class “Gentle Yoga Practice” as it combines simple and gentle low-impact movements, stretches to release stiffness in the upper body and hips, and restorative poses to unwind. 

Being in the current situation of lockdown, it is essential to keep the body moving, however, I wanted this class very gentle so you can practice it any day (or every day !) and at any time of the day. So no standing poses or sun salutations in this video.

However, if you wish to add a dynamic element to the class, you can always practice the sun salutations (free video below). This is your personal practice.

In this video, as always in my teaching, I give options with the use of props or home accessories and also if you don’t have any props at all (all explained in the video).

Sun Salutation C flow

The Sun salutation (Surya Namaskar) has numerous benefits for your body and overall health. It strengthens your immune system, your heart, improves blood circulation and digestion, tones the body and calms the nervous system.

In this video, I offer 3 different variations of the Sun Salutation C, my favourite sun salutation. Once you know the variation that suits you best, you’re welcome to practice the same one every time and replay the video as many times as you want if you wish to do more than 3 rounds of Sun Salutation. I kept it short and simple to follow.

Find someplace quiet in your home to unroll your mat, simply follow my instructions and let’s flow!
