My story with healing

I discovered there was something special about me back when I was a child. My grandmother once offered me a watch for my birthday, but without doing anything in particular to it, it would rapidly stop working. The following birthdays, she would offer me watches again, but every time, they would stop or speed up or slow down. She thought I wasn’t taking good care of them but in reality I wasn’t responsible for any of that.

One day, with my parents, we went to a watch shop in Andorra where the saleswoman explained to us that I wasn’t the only one experiencing this situation. There are other humans like me who have what she called “the fluid”, something on the energetic level of the body that would disturb the proper functioning of mechanical watches and that these people who have the “fluid” can often heal other people. Back then, I was advised to stop wearing mechanical watches and to only wear digital ones. Honestly, today, I don’t wear a watch (my phone is enough to tell me the time!).

For many years, I didn’t try to develop that gift because ever since I was child, I would be a very rational person and would only believe what would be scientifically proven.

However in France, there is a strong tradition of healers called magnetizers. They’re called magnetizers as we believe, thanks to this “fluid”, that they have a stronger magnetism than most people and it’s this physiological difference that allows them to channel energy in order to heal people. People used to go to magnetizers to cure all sorts of physical aches and conditions before medical science and doctors took over.

Not long after I discovered yoga, and with lots of inner work done at that time, a shift happened in me and I was suddenly drawn to explore this gift that I had ignored for so long. I started with my family and friends, curing little aches and pains (headaches, digestive problems, sleep, small injury), but also ongoing conditions (high blood pressure, migraines) and helped with even more serious ones (falls, parkinson’s disease). The results were usually positive, people felt a sense of relaxation during the session and rapid improvement afterwards. They always appreciate how natural and gentle the whole process feels.

So I kept helping people around me reducing pain, supporting their medical treatment and sometimes fully healing little aches and injuries with no need of medication.

I also trained to use Reiki as a complementary healing method alongside my natural ability often prioritizing one method over the other one depending on the nature of the person’s symptoms or condition.

 What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of healing therapy coming from Japan, involving the transfer of energy by laying on hands. Reiki in Japanese literally means « universal (« rei ») life energy (« ki ») ». Reiki helps in improving the natural flow of energy throughout the body to remove blockages, enable relaxation, reduce pain and speed healing in general.

Testimonials

I have had reiki before but never felt as connected to my own body and energy as I did with Elvire. I feel that the treatment released a lot of tension and I have felt much more grounded and stable in the days following. Elvire is very kind and professional and has a true gift. Cant wait for my next session!

Elvire is amazing, she has a very calming nature and makes you feel very relaxed.
The session was an awesome experience for both hubby and myself. We both experienced seeing colours, feeling warmth from her hands and shaking in our legs. Hubby has experienced severe headaches since he broke his neck almost a year ago, but today he is headache free. He lost feeling in a finger after an accident but now has some feeling in it. We are now converted.
