MY STORY

I discovered Yoga in France, my home country at the age of 19 after a burn out due to demanding studies. I rapidly felt the positive benefits that Yoga had on my stress and long term on my anxiety and Yoga became a support during my student years.

My academic and professional experiences, performance orientated, generated more stress than a sense of fulfilment for me. I quickly understood that Yoga would have an important part of my life to keep me balanced and to eventually become my lifestyle.

This is why after graduating from the university, I decided to move to Byron Bay in one of the most recognized yoga schools of Australia to undertake a year-long teacher training and dive deeper into the yoga practice and its philosophy. Since completing 800 hours of teacher training (including 500 RYT Yoga Alliance), I share the benefits of yoga with students on the Gold Coast, where I currently live.
