Happy new year everyone!
Time for joy and celebration, Xmas and New Year’s holidays can also be roller coasters for the body: with excess in stress, rich food, staying up late (depending on people), the body has to work harder to maintain optimum health. Maybe you experienced some imbalances already (digestion, skin, quality of sleep or energy level).
So this week, I invite you to practice Detox Yoga with me!
We’ll release all the excess toxins and help bring your body functions back into balance. Expect some twists and inversions!
Given the sad circumstances that Australia is facing with bushfires, let’s be part of the global awakening on this cause: we’ll do a special “Let it rain” meditation at the end of the class.
